This beach city is located in the North County area of the San Diego region. Encinitas has five different communities, (Old Encinitas, New Encinitas, Olivenhain, Leucadia and Cardiff-by-the-Sea) each with their own distinct traits. Some of the attractions include the Lux Art Institute, the San Diego Botanic Garden, and the Self-Realization Fellowship temple and Hermitage.
 
Encinitas is also home to many notable people with just a few being, Tony Hawk, Mason Aguirre and Tim Foreman. The sunny skies, incredible views, and diverse set of communities make Encinitas one of a kind and a must see for potential new homeowners!
